We will destroy your personal information within 10 business days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.

WARRANTY 

If your LUNARGLO SOLAR LIGHT fails to work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, LUNARGLO will for a period of 24 months repair or replace the unit. If your LUNARVENT fails to work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will, for a period of 18 months, repair or replace the unit.

If your LUNARGLO product fails due to abuse, we will replace or repair the unit for a fee based on the amount of damage done. That fee will be determined after we have inspected the damaged unit at our facility. To return your unit for service or warranty work, notify us by phone or email.

RETURNS  Our policy is based on a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects on our LunarGlo solar light and 18 months on our LunarVent solar exhaust fans. During that period, we will repair or replace our LunarGlo product after inspection to assure that there has been no damage due to misuse or abuse of the LunarGlo products. The returned LunarGlo product must be returned in a protected package to insure there is no shipping damage to the product. After receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect it for damage or misuse and if none is found, we will repair or replace it based on our findings.

SHIPPING  Our products are shipped utilizing UPS.
